As a Senior HR Specialist, Kersti has a keen understanding of how overall strategy is linked to all areas of HR. She has created and implemented project plans and launched new systems, programs and organizational designs, while being adaptable and agile. She's experienced at creating compelling HR metrics, building teams & relationships. Kersti has served as a Strategic Advisor to numerous non-profit Senior Leaders, supporting organizational effectiveness efforts.
Kersti has deep experience with cross functional partnerships, building & developing teams, optimizing relationships with external vendors and managing various ATS & HRIS systems. Systems experience includes Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, ADP, Kenexa Brassring, Paycor, BambooHR, SAP, HireRight and Checkr.
When Kersti isn't supporting clients, she's spending time with her husband and twins and tending to her working farm.
