Help guide the future of Amah Mutsun Land Trust! We're hiring a Grants Manager to lead and strengthen its growing grants program while supporting the Amah Mutsun Tribal Band's work to protect sacred sites, restore Indigenous stewardship, and care for ancestral lands. This is an opportunity for an experienced grants professional who has managed the full grant lifecycle - from prospect research and proposal writing to budgeting, compliance, spend-down tracking, reporting, and renewals. The role partners closely with Finance, Program, Executive, and Tribal leadership to manage a multimillion-dollar grant portfolio and help grow annual grant revenue.  Experience with land trusts, conservation organizations, Tribal organizations, Indigenous communities, natural resource management, or environmental non-profits is especially valued.

CLUA is seeking an accounting professional who brings strong nonprofit accounting fundamentals, exceptional attention to detail, and a strong customer-service orientation. This person will manage AP, expenses, grants and contracts, and month-end close support, while also serving as a go-to resource for staff questions related to systems such as Tipalti and Expensify. Beyond the technical accounting skills, the team is looking for someone who is proactive, collaborative, comfortable with ambiguity and change, and able to think through issues independently and exercise good judgment about when to escalate.
