She is a Talent Development & Learning professional, assessing employee engagement, organizational culture, leadership disposition and change programs. Jessica creates learning programs and development initiatives for employees at all levels, focusing on customized programs that drive productivity and engagement.
Her CliftonStrengths Top 5 include input, connectedness, positivity, intelligence and futuristic. Jessica is skilled in several software programs including Microsoft Suite, Canva, Gallup Access, Google Drive and Adobe Acrobat. She also has administration and configuration experience with Learning Management Systems.
Jessica enjoys gardening and doing crafts with her three daughters. In her free time, she loves listening to podcasts and audiobooks, and is always looking for recommendations for her next listen!
