As a trusted advisor and HR Business Partner, Heather specializes in organizational design, change management, employee relations and building scalable people operations from the ground up.
A former educator turned HR leader, Heather applies a humanistic lens to her work, understanding that successful organizations thrive when people feel seen, heard and valued.
