Ms. Stiles brings 20+ years of Senior-level Human Resources experience to her advisor role with DVCG.
She has worked in Entertainment, Sports, News, Digital Medial, Technology, Gaming, Banking & Finance, Pharmaceuticals, Real Estate Investment and Education. She was most recently the SVP of HR for CBS Interactive based in San Francisco and has held other strategic roles at NBC Universal and General Electric. Trisha is a graduate of the prestigious GE HR Leadership Program and has a Blackbelt in Six Sigma.

She has a long track-record of motivating staff, building strong teams and forming effective partnerships with those around her.

Eos loves all things tech and has familiarity with a wide-range of accounting and HR systems and is flexible & innovative.
She's planned for, implemented and optimized various finance and accounting systems.
Her core interests are the environment, social justice issues, including DEI in the work place and life in general. She brings with her a background of growing up in Switzerland.
AMANDA SERENYI, CPA
Senior Accounting Manager
As a CPA and former auditor, Amanda has deep expertise with audit and tax preparation and accounting oversight. She's an experienced cost accountant and AP/AR manager.
Amanda has served as lead for all cash flow, payroll, compliance reporting and internal control processes, while responsible for the annual budgeting process, including intra-departmental and organization-wide roll ups. Amanda has planned and performed non-profit and private company audit and review procedures, including single audits and benefit plan audits, for more than 25 clients in a wide range of industries
Amanda enjoys writing and is an avid distance runner.
SHIANTE ALCORN
Administration & HR Generalist
A jack of all trades, Shiante is an HR Generalist, Executive Assistant and an Administrative Rockstar! She works hard and always has a smile on her face.
She specializes in managing complex/frequently changing schedules/calendars and works well with Senior Leadership, to coordinate administrative tasks across departments. She's collaboratively developed processes to train staff on newly installed EHR systems, while also providing one-on-one training to end-users.
Staying fit and active is very important to Shiante and she oftentimes finds herself at the gym, with her coach.
TINA MCDANIEL
Controller
Experienced Controller and Accounting & Finance Consultant, with in-depth knowledge around all aspects of accounting, in both the non-profit and the for profit environments.
Typically oversees and is responsible for month-end-close, including bank reconciliations, journal entries, expense & cash flow management, overseeing the annual audit process, financial statement preparation and sales tax returns.
Has implemented process improvements in A/P, A/R, month-end close and financial reporting. Assisted with systems evaluations and subsequent implementations for Payroll (moved from Paylocity to the ADP platform) and finance/accounting (moved from QuickBooks to Bill.com and Intacct).

Jessica is a Gallup-certified strengths coach who delivers in-depth coaching on the results of strengths and engagement assessments for individuals and teams.
As a Talent Development & Learning professional, Jessica also works to assess the state of clients’ employee engagement, organizational culture, leadership disposition and objective for change programs.
She has experience in creating learning programs and development initiatives for employees at all levels, and is passionate about creating customized programs that drive productivity and engagement for organizations.

CPA/Controller
Experienced Audit professional with a background in private industry accounting, start-up company systems/operations & finance, as well as management of client and vendor relationships.
Rowena is a native of San Francisco and a graduate of UC Berkeley. She has experience is an accountant in the for-profit and non-profit spaces, as well as having served as an Auditor at Hood & Strong LLP, a mid-size regional Public Accounting firm based in San Francisco.
Rowena thrives in dynamic, fast-paced collaborative work environments for personal and professional growth. She seeks to work with companies and organizations that have infectious energy and strive to build an awesome work culture. She prides herself in upholding a high level of service, professionalism and integrity.
KEVIN BROWER
Senior Accounting & Finance Manager
Accomplished Finance & Accounting Director with experience in non-profit accounting. Kevin is detail-oriented, trustworthy and able to manage up and down the reporting structure.
Kevin has a very keen ability to connect strategic goals with tactical requirements and the unique ability to convert numbers to talking points.
He's a respected strategic partner with various Leadership Teams and his analyses and methods are highly regarded by Senior Leadership.

HR Specialist
As an HR Specialist, Kersti has a keen understanding of how overall business strategy is linked to all areas of human resources.
She has experience creating and implementing HR project plans to launch new systems, programs and organizational designs, while being adaptable and agile during times of major change.
Kersti has deep experience with cross functional partnerships, building & developing teams, optimizing relationships with external vendors and managing various ATS & HRIS systems.
