Community Impact Project Manager

The Project Manager role provides project management services across the organization including planning, research, organizing, managing, coordinating, and executing activities related to assigned projects to ensure reliable and efficient achievement of project goals. The candidate needs to be highly productive while managing multiple responsibilities and projects, able to make informed, timely, and effective business decisions, efficient, reliable, trustworthy with a high level of integrity, self-motivated, an excellent communicator internally and externally, and self-directed.

As the Human Resources Director, you will advance the strategic and operational people initiatives for Power California 501(c)3 and its sibling 501(c)(4) nonprofit, PowerCA. Your work will touch every aspect of the employee life cycle and enhance the overall employee experience. You’ll supervise and lead an HR Generalist and collaborate with all departments of the organization to ensure our people processes enable all staff to work toward our collective mission in a supported and inclusive way. You’ll use your depth of experience in broad HR strategy and functions to provide sound recommendations and solutions to enhance the organization’s goals.
