Experienced Finance and Operations consultant with a strong passion to help organizations reach their goals efficiently. With about 20 years of non-profit experience, Janiece brings a depth of knowledge that helps her create solutions that work for both direct service and support functions. 

Janiece is driven by understanding the root causes in every challenge to ensure solutions support long-term organizational goals. She is experienced in Adaptive Planning, Sage Intacct, Salesforce, Google Suite, Microsoft 365, and a host of project management tools, including Monday.com, Asana, and Trello. 

Janiece enjoys baking complicated desserts and watching cheesy holiday movies.
