Outcomes-driven strategic consultant with a passion for bringing clarity to ambiguity, organizational effectiveness, and team development. Heather leads strategic planning, project and change management, and recruits top talent to realize the organization’s vision and goals. With an eye toward the importance of culture, relationship building, and continuous improvement, she builds infrastructure and leads implementations to ensure that staff are equipped with the tools needed to do their best work and maximize results.
She loves learning new technology and is skilled in a variety of software programs including Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, QuickBooks, Salesforce, Monday.com, Smartsheet, Notion, Zendesk, Sharepoint, Slack, ADP, Ultimate (UKG), and Greenhouse.
Heather enjoys being a mom to two humans, two dogs, two cats, and countless plants.
