Kristyn brings both her Human Resources skills, as well as her legal training to every client engagement. She has bridged the critical working relationship between HR and Legal Counsel at various past employers and clients, guiding organizational practices and making decisions to protect their legal, financial and reputational interests.
First-hand, Kristyn has facilitated organizational growth through business practices and processes that fostered an inclusive, collaborative, safe and efficient working environment. Having interfaced with C-Level Leadership executives and multi-state business leaders, Kristyn consolidated various HR functions, including recruitment, benefits administration, employee relations, complaints investigation, Workers' Compensation, terminations, health & safety, training & development, operations and HR policy compliance.
Kristyn enjoys working in people-focused organizations to collaborate with management on designing employee engagement strategies that improves morale, retains talent and plans for business continuity.
