Kristyn combines her HR and legal training to create a successful client engagement. She has bridged the gap between HR and Legal Counsel, guiding organizational practices and decisions to protect clients' legal, financial, and reputational interests.
Kristyn has facilitated organizational growth through inclusive, collaborative, safe, and efficient processes, collaborating with C-Level Leadership executives and multi-state business leaders. She enjoys working in people-focused organizations, designing employee engagement strategies to improve morale, retain talent, and plan for business continuity. Systems experience include Word, Excel, Google Suite, Adobe Acrobat, InDesign, Dropbox, Gusto, Harvest, ERI and Canva.
Kristyn loves spending time with her family and friends on the water, in the woods, at concerts, and at sporting events.
