Strategic HR Advisor
As an HR Specialist, Kersti has a keen understanding of how overall business strategy is linked to all areas of human resources. She has experience creating and implementing HR project plans to launch new systems, programs and organizational designs, while being adaptable and agile during times of major change.
Kersti has deep experience with cross functional partnerships, building & developing teams, optimizing relationships with external vendors and managing various ATS & HRIS systems. Systems experience includes Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, ADP, Kenexa Brassring, Paycor, BambooHR, SAP, HireRight and Checkr.
When Kersti isn't supporting clients, she's spending time with her husband and twins, and tending to her working farm.
