Francelis has an extensive background in HR management and functionality of HR systems. She is skilled in collaborating with members at all levels of an organization to achieve strategic goals and implementing HR solutions that contribute to a culture of engagement, inclusion, productivity and employee well-being.

Inspired by mission-driven organizations that emphasize growth and learning, Francelis believes in always learning and growing and is exceptionally motivated to do so. She has years of experience in HRIS management and ATS systems such as Ceridian Dayforce, ADP Workforce, Oracle, Dayforce, Lever and iCIMS.

Francelis lives in New Jersey with her husband and their active almost four-year-old son.
