Ms. Volpe is a seasoned Non-Profit Executive, with over 15 years of hands-on leadership and Board of Directors management experience. A results-driven non-profit leader with a passion for serving vulnerable children, youth and families, Alex is deeply committed to the principles of trauma-informed care and client-centered, strengths-based work. She has a long track-record of motivating staff, building strong teams and forming effective partnerships with those around her.
