Shwetha is passionate about human behavior and learning what motivates others. She thrives on collaboration and has experience in orchestrating successful organizational transformations across various areas including pharmaceutical, finance, technology, and non-profit.

She uses her experience in the agile methodology and learning and development to organize teams in the lens of people, process, & technology. 

She has a strong ability to coach teams with navigating change, designing strategies, and developing talent.

As a certified facilitator in the tool DiSC, she helps teams improve self-awareness and awareness of others in order to be more effective in the workplace.

When Shwetha isn't helping organizations work on their biggest asset aka the employees, she can be found training her Rottweiler, Tank or exploring her creativity at a coffee shop.
