Laurie is an accomplished HR leader with broad experience in strategic and transactional HR operations. Her strengths lie in developing people-centric policies that support business goals and company values, balancing need and resources with appropriate scaling for growing companies.

She excels in supporting the full employee life cycle including employee relations, organizational development, manager coaching, talent acquisition, benefit administration, employee engagement and retention.

In addition to HR work, Laurie enjoys supporting the family Coffee Business and tending her chickens.
