Heather Patterson is a dynamic and strategic Human Resources executive with over 15 years of experience driving people-centered initiatives across diverse sectors, including tech, nonprofit, fashion, media, advertising, and startups. As a trusted advisor and HR Business Partner, Heather specializes in organizational design, change management, employee relations, and building scalable people operations from the ground up.

Throughout her career, Heather has led HR functions during critical transitions, including global leadership restructuring and M&A integration. She brings a unique blend of empathy and execution to every engagement, balancing compliance, culture, and business impact.
